infolink.com.au has announced the results of its annual Top Trust Brands survey, revealing Dulux as the country’s most trusted building brand in a field of 629 contestants.

 

Account Manager for Infolink.com.au, Chris Mottershead said, “This survey provides business owners with a blue-print for what Australian’s are looking for in a product or service – no matter what industry you are in, the path to earning success is exactly the same.”

The survey revealed the qualities customers are looking for in a top trusted brand, including great service, trust, reliability, lifetime warranty guarantee and great products. 

 

“Our expectations have been surpassed. The enthusiasm of voters and the industry involvement has been very positive. It’s likely that this will become an inaugural survey that could mark historical rises and falls in various brands,” said Mr Mottershead. 

Companies offering products or services were nominated for recognition in one of 44 categories to highlight their innovation, application or quality in a particular area. 

Infolink.com.au customers voted for their favourite brands by allocating a maximum of 10 votes to 10 different nominated brands between 16 August and 1 October 2012.
