People & Performance Business Partner
As People & Performance (P&P) Business Partner, you will be a trusted generalist who supports and upholds our company values, policies and procedures. Reporting into the Regional P&P Manager, you will be responsible for providing high quality business partnering, coaching and people solutions to leaders across our two Western Australian sites. Our people are our business, so the ability to relate to diverse people at a variety of levels is imperative.
