The Role
Conduct and execute strategic business planning and report performance against required outcomes to Government. Provides services to the Program Directors ensuring ability to execute directorate remit in delivering program capability.

  • Develop, execute and measure program performance against a Strategic Business Plan IAW the Program Strategic Objectives.
  • Oversight of program budget and management of directorate budget utilising an Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools ( ACEIT).
  • Collate and manage Program costs.
  • Manage Directorate risks, issues and mitigations.
  • Oversee the work of the Industry, Finance and Commercial Directorates.
  • Provide Commonwealth of Australia (CoA) representatives with contract training to enable the CoA to be a smart buyer with the knowledge to reach optimal contract outcomes.
  • Develop, implement and maintain policies and procedures for the Directorate.
  • Review contract changes
