An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated individual to join our Treatment team. This is a full-time ongoing role that will be based around the Bairnsdale region in East Gippsland.

The East Gippsland region is an idyllic lifestyle location that is close to national parks, lakes, rivers and coastal regions. About the role

The Treatment and Environmental Systems Officer will be responsible for overseeing the administration of East Gippsland Water’s water/wastewater quality information management systems. This includes the establishment of sampling programs, the management of water/wastewater sampling and analysis, and responding to water quality issues and complaints. 

What can you bring to the role?

In this role you will have the opportunity to use your highly developed problem solving and communication skills to identify and analyse a range of options in relation to the delivery of a reliable quality water supply and wastewater treatment service to EGW customers.

If you have demonstrated experience in research and analysis, together with a recognised knowledge of the Australian Drinking Water Guidelines we would like to hear from you.
