An opportunity currently exists for an experienced and enthusiastic Team Leader Waste Collection Services to join the Waste Management and Disposal department.

Reporting to the Manager Waste Management and Disposal, this role is responsible for the delivery, management, monitoring and control of the contracted waste collection services for Wyndham City.  The successful candidate will lead a small team of staff to provide a quality customer service experience and ensure that the service continues to meet the needs of the Wyndham community.

To be successful in this role you will possess a Degree in Waste Management, Business, Environmental Engineering, Science or related discipline with several years of subsequent relevant experience. Demonstrated experience in contract and contractor management, excellent communication and organisational skills as well as proven ability to provide leadership and supervision of staff are key pre-requisites for your success in this role.
