We have an opportunity for a People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner to join the team supporting our Juice sites, where some of Australia’s most loved brands are manufactured including Berri, Just Juice and Zooper Doopers among others. This is a permanent part-time role working 3 days a week, based at our Smithfield site (with travel every 6 weeks to our site in Leeton).

This role reports into our P&C Director – Supply Chain. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering the people strategy across the two sites. 

As the P&C Business Partner, you will be working with the site leaders and their leadership teams to drive our people & culture processes as well as lead large culture and change projects across the 2 sites. Your strong coaching and influencing skills will allow you to effectively business partner and support leadership teams multiple sites comprised of both white and blue-collar team members.

While most of your time will be spent in Smithfield, you will be required to travel every 6 weeks to our site in Leeton & Canberra to provide face-to-face support to your business partners.

You may have seen that Kirin & Lion have announced the sale of Dairy & Drinks business to Mengniu Dairy Company Limited (Mengniu Dairy) on a standalone basis, pending regulatory approvals. We believe this sale will allow Dairy & Drinks and Vitasoy to benefit from access to leading-edge dairy research and development capability as well as a further investment as part of the Mengniu Dairy business.
