TNT currently has an opportunity for an energetic and passionate OH&S professional to join its team as an Advisor to help the business achieve its key health and safety goals.

This is your chance to utilise your experience in the frontline of the OH&S arena to drive cultural change.

Reporting through the Senior OH&S Advisor (QLD); as an OH&S advisor at TNT you will be required to coach, mentor and influence the operational personnel, so that they can transfer those skills to the workforce and ensure safety is integrated into how “we” do business.

Using your knowledge of safety management and influencing skills, you will help integrate safety into “how we do business", by driving change, facilitating effective OHS outcomes and ensuring the safety management systems are functional and adhered to.

OHS at TNT is not just about compliance, and you will be expected to assist in the development, launch and maintenance initiatives that integrate safety into the business.

As an example we would prefer applicants with a minimum of 12 months experience in an OH&S facilitation/management role or similar or proven experience in a Transport operations supervisory role or similar with qualifications in Occupational Health, Safety Management and or Environment .
