As a Building and Compliance Officer you will complement the existing building services team, by bringing your innovative ideas, your passion for the industry, and willingness to challenge the status quo. You will provide technical advice to both internal and external stakeholders and take a leading role in all building applications/permits,  ensuring that the City meets its statutory obligations and compliance with the relevant building legislation. Utilising your professional building skills, knowledge and experience, you will be supported both technically and professionally, while working within a driven and dedicated team.  You will have an opportunity to be involved in the development of a range of compliance and building programs and help educate and promote greater building compliance throughout our community.
