Transport Safety Victoria (TSV) is responsible for ensuring safe passenger transport and boating for all Victorians.

As an influential member of the Rail Executive Team you will use your passion for safety to reduce all injuries and strive for safe railways for Australia. You need to be a transformative thought leader with passion, energy and ideas to create change, influence Government and be relentless in driving safety outcomes that best serve the Victorian public.

This role manages critical stakeholder relationships with government, private industry, contract operators and relevant safety regulators in Victoria and nationally.  The role requires proven ability to provide leadership on a range of cross-functional projects relating to safety and risk management to deliver risk based solutions and implement best practice initiatives.

To be successful you will have a track record in promoting change and improving safety performance within a politically sensitive environment, extensive leadership and people management experience and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
