Senior HR Systems Analyst

As the Senior HR Systems Analyst in the People, Performance & Culture team, this role will ensure the efficient operation of our People systems platforms, while leveraging data analytics to enhance decision making.
Reporting to the People Advisory Business Partner, your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of HR information systems (HRIS)
- Analysis data to identify trends, patterns and insights that support organisational goals
- Design, develop and maintain readily accessible People metrics and dashboards for stakeholders and management for strategic, operational and tactical decision making
- Design and produce regularly scheduled reports, conduct ad hoc reporting, and monitor data integrity through analysis and audits
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy and compliance within all People systems and databases
- Support the rollout of new systems and processes by managing change initiatives, communication strategies and user training to ensure smooth transitions
- Provide leadership support to the System Administrator

The successful candidate will have:
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (desirable)
- Solid experience in reporting, analysis and project implementation
- Advanced Excel and VBA skills with proven experience in creating reports and data manipulation
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication (written and oral) skills
- The ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities within a fast paced, volume oriented role to meet conflicting deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence senior leaders and build trust and commitment; and
- Be a team player.
