What's the opportunity?

We’re currently seeking an enthusiastic Senior Process Engineer to join our team, based at our Notting Hill office. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the process design of our water projects. This includes the design of integrated waste water treatment plants, review and hands-on support of process engineers (PID, PFD, mass balance), expert advice of preferred technologies and support in the commissioning process. 

The applicant must possess and display ownership, initiative, creativity, judgement and a degree of independence.

Your key responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:

• Design integrated waste water treatment processes around our core technologies (Continuous Ion Exchange, membranes, Zero liquid discharge) and sectors (municipal tertiary treatment, industrial waste water)
• Manage, support and monitor internal and external process engineers
• Provide expert opinion and analyse differences of various available technology options 
• Provide leadership to project commissioning process
• Support project delivery throughout the delivery process (mechanical design, sourcing, construction)
• Support technical sales process, including technical customer discussions and provision of detailed solutions

As our preferred candidate for the role, you will have:

• Bachelors or Masters of Engineering within a relevant field (Eg: Process, Chemical Engineering)
• Minimum 10 years' experience in design/build activities in the process and/or water sector
• An in-depth understanding of water and wastewater treatment processes
• Whilst not essential, Accreditation of CPEng or RPEQ would be highly recommended.
